- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Made it here for delivery 8:30AM and leaving six hours later as their receiving took 6 hours to unload and count 20 skids?! Finally leaving and closing the trailer it turns out they unloaded extra 20 pallets for our next customer despite I told them there are two loads on the truck and after they claimed the unload takes long because they need to verify the load count?! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I deal with many of the LRD brokers, on a daily basis, and the Buckland Team is by far the best we work with. No broker will clear a shipment faster or provide better customer support than the Buckland LRD team. Pedro, Aurora and Victor are the main contacts for most southbound shipments and 95% of them clear and cross the same day or next day after arriving their facility. Same for Nothbound shipments which Juan and Team support. I have referred several clients looking for a MEX broker to Buckland and as long as they continue to provide the same excellent service, I will continue to do so.By Scott Gunaca, March 03, 2017
