- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible place for customer service. From the manager to the assistant to the customer service representatives. I took in about 40 good movies all in great condition knowing well I'd only get 25 cents for each. It didn't matter but they debated whether they'd want to accept any more movies and were extremely rude in their gestures. They accepted to take the movies but acted as if they were bothered that their standing still and doing nothing was interrupted. This being a place where I've gone to buy multiple movies I've still decided to keep. It's OK for them to rip you off when they make a profit but they're too lazy to help you out and give you a quarter for each movie. This place needs a new staff with a customer friendly attitude.
