  First off they were suppose to open at 9:00 am and they were inside joking around and didn't open till 9:10. Second a friend of one of the employees showed up and cut in front of me and the manager noticed and still did not say anything. And finally when I tried getting a loan on something they couldn't even work the item and told me that there was something wrong with it(which there wasn't). Very rude all around!!! I left upset and without a loan from there. I ended up at Buffalo pawn where they did not have any problems with my items and I got the loan I needed for 4 days. Came back and was greeting VERY well. Should have gone to Buffalo first. NEVER again will I go to that ez pawn for a loan or to purchase items!!! And I suggest no one else does either!!!!

  manager is rude i call asking for how much they give for 10 k gold per gram and get the run around by some employee because like usual the managers hide from having to assist any one if they dont have to who keeps telling me to bring it in ....yeah so im going all the way across town to hear somthing they could tell me over the phone! too bad i cant give them ZERO STARS or i would
