  I did not know they close the office on fridays. I drove all the way from North Laredo just to find out the office was closed!

  Very helpful staff. After receiving a toll charge from Austin TX toll road I needed to figure who the license plate on the toll ticket belonged. So I went to Patricia Barrera's office and explained to them the problem and the staff not only took hands into there own matter to resolved my situation but they called Austin TX toll authority and got to the bottom of the problem. I ended not paying the fine and didn't have to deal with it on my own. Extremely Profesional and Attentive Staff!

  i don't know who's more helpful, The chairs they offer for me or the dirt i step on. probably a laredo thing to give horrible service here. i bet i can get better service from the toilet than the people that work here. I wish they can do better but it's laredo, if i can give them less than one star, id give them a turd.
